 The key responsibilities of the Project Manager involve the following

  • Collaborate with the Technical team and TAG team to ensure interviews and delivery are happening on time.
  • Manage the programs identified and assigned by the organization.
  • Keeping up to date with project and programme delivery across business and with best practice for Business Analysis deliverables.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports.
Competency / Knowledge / Skills:

1.     Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with multiple levels.

2.     Demonstrated Project management and resource management skill in Automotive/Industrial Domain.

3.     Strong in Technical concepts with experience in resolving complex issues and providing solutions.

4.     Thorough and methodical approach to work. Good level of interpersonal and networking skills.

5.     Highly organized and process oriented, ability to handle multiple teams and handle pressure.

      6.     Experience in Project management tools like Azure DevOps/ JIRA/ Rally, MPP, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Office 365/ Sharepoint/ Teams

      7. Very good understanding of processes like SDLC, Agile Scrum, etc. 

Academic Qualifications: 

RequiredMinimum MSc(Electronics)/B.E/BTech/ with PMP Certification(preferred)

Desired : MSc(Electronics)/BE/BTech from a reputed university. MBA(preferred not mandatory)

Experience10 + years of Overall experience and at least 3 years of experience in managing projects in IT industry.
