| Responsibilities |
| Prepare Inspection reports for Approved / Rejected / Rework parts or Assemblies |
| Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, rejecting the unacceptable materials by using proper TAGS |
| Inspects in-process production as per the drawing and prepare the inspection report |
| Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and inspect the final part after rework |
| Familiarity with quality inspection methods and systems |
| Good knowledge about industry products and processes |
| Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision |
| Strong Knowledge in Measuring Tools |
| Inspection instruments calibration plan for regular intervals |
| Strong Knowledge in using Gauges for inspection |
| Skills |
| Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical preferred |
| Min. 4+ years' Experience in quality control or quality assurance role |
| Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies |
| Skills on Drawings study and specifications |
| Knowledge in GD&T and Inspection methods |
| Knowledge in Manufacturing and machining process |
| Working knowledge in MS Office |
| Written and verbal communication skills |
| Basic Math & Computer skills |
| Analytical & Doumentation skills |
