Required Skills

* 2+ years of experience in plant and vehicle model using GT Power/Matlab/Stateflow/Simulink.

* 1 to 3 years of industry experience in Engine domain

Development of Real Time Engine models using 0D / 1D model techniques for Hardware in Loop Testing

Perform validation of Engine models with Field and Lab data to correlate their accuracy

Experience in real-time controls, mechanical or electro-mechanical components, or simulation for vehicle domains and subsystems

Experience in Setting up of Development and Integration of Hardware in Loop (HiL) test benches.

Understanding requirements and developing or adapting Plant models for HIL Bench Testing

Ability to debug and improve plant models to provide support in Issue resolutions

Co-ordination with cross functional teams

Must have good communication skills both written and oral

* Must have good presentation skills

Able to define and achieve organizational goals with required supervision

Understand the escalation process and follow as required

Desired Skills

* Good understanding of Developement life cycle and agile methodology

* Working knowledge on Matlab and 1D Simulation tools is desirable

* Familiar with dSPACE HIL system functionality, hardware/software tool set, Hardware IO requirements, sensor and actuator signal interfaces in Powertrain Controls.

Good understanding of hardware, harness connections, diagnosis, troubleshoot, etc.

Academic Qualification

*B.E./ B.Tech. in Mechanical / Automobile / Mechatronics / Electrical / Diploma in Engineering
