1. 6+ Years of design experience

2. Good Communication skill

3. Specificlly a project executed in the construction equipent & road machines (preferring from Atlas copco / Epiroc)

4. Knowledge about standards and selection of standard components

5. Added advantage on Design calculations related to project (Calculations on sheetmetal & weled structures)

6. Selection of material and its related mechanical properties

7. Application of standards in the current organisation

8. Application of Welding's and GD&T

9. Creo & windchill experience

10. Basic engineering skills and Project ownership
